GTM:METRICS/Modules

A LinkedIn presence that feeds the same pipeline as everything else

Founder and executive positioning, a content system that survives a busy month, and conversations from people who already follow you. Wired into the CRM rather than sitting beside it.

What this actually is

Most B2B founders are told to post on LinkedIn and given no system, so it lasts three weeks. This module builds the system: the positioning, the content engine, and the connection between someone reading a post and that person appearing in the pipeline as a named record.

The reason it belongs inside a go-to-market build rather than beside it is simple. A cold sequence to somebody who has read your posts for two months is not a cold sequence. Authority lowers the cost of every other channel, and that only shows up in the numbers if the two are connected.

What gets built

  • Profile as a landing page. Headline, about, featured section and experience rewritten so a buyer who lands there from a post knows within eight seconds whether you are relevant to them.
  • A positioning line you can defend. Narrow enough to be memorable, broad enough to cover what you actually sell.
  • A content system. Themes, a drafting method, and a queue that holds enough posts to survive a heavy client month. Written to sound like the person, not like a brand account.
  • Engagement, targeted. A short list of the people who should see you before you ever contact them, and a routine for being visible to them that takes fifteen minutes a day.
  • Social selling into the CRM. Profile visits, post engagement and inbound conversations captured as records with a source, so the channel is measurable rather than a matter of faith.
  • Amplification. Writing about client work and giving their team something worth sharing, which reaches their network rather than only yours.

Where this usually fails. Not the writing. The queue. Founders post consistently for a month, then take on a heavy project, and the queue empties in the week they have least attention. The system is built around that failure mode rather than assuming discipline.

What you keep

The profile, the positioning, the content system and the queue. The routine is yours to run afterwards, and it is deliberately designed to take fifteen minutes rather than an hour.

When this is not the right module

If nobody at the company is willing to be the face, do not buy this. A LinkedIn authority programme run through a logo does not work, and no amount of system design fixes an unwilling founder.

You get the map first.

The first two weeks produce a status map of your own stack. Every piece named, colour coded by how proven it is, gaps included. You keep it whether or not we work together.
